Job Summary
We are hiring 30 enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center this role you will call Airtel prepaid customers to help them with their mobile recharges. Both men and women aged between 20 to 30 years can apply. Please note we are seeking candidates who are not Bengali and can speak Hindi fluently.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Airtel prepaid customers to assist with mobile recharges.
Explain different recharge plans to customers.
Answer any questions customers have about recharges.
Keep records of calls and ensure customers are satisfied.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary between 9000 to 10000.
Benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).
Work Details:
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Location: Gariahat Kolkata.

Qualifications & Skills:
Completed Higher Secondary (HS) or hold a Graduate degree.
Must speak Hindi fluently.
Basic knowledge of mobile recharge services is a plus.
Energetic polite and focused on helping customers.
