Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives including scheduling meetings managing calendars and making travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Prepare reports presentations and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and equipment

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
