Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and recruit potential Partners/Agents to build a strong sales network.
- Guide mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance provide regular feedback and conduct training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure accurate documentation of activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
