Future Express is a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider specializing in freight forwarding customs clearance and end-to-end supply chain management. We are seeking a dynamicOperations Team Lead to join our team and drive operational efficiency across our logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of operational staff fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
    • Oversee daily operations ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage and streamline end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes including freight forwarding import/export operations and customer delivery timelines.
    • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations customs requirements and company policies.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellence.
    • Prepare detailed reports on operational activities performance metrics and process improvements.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient and reliable operations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Work closely with other departments such as Sales Finance and Customer Service to align operational activities with company objectives.
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders including suppliers vendors and regulatory bodies to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in logistics supply chain freight forwarding or import/export industries with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations international trade regulations and customs processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams driving accountability and high performance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and logistics management systems (LMS).
  • Strong communication skills in written English.
