Our clients sell premium physical productsthink fire pits backyard greenhouses artisan rugs and Hi-Fi audio equipment. We help them transform underperforming online stores into polished high-converting brand experiences that build trust and increase revenue.

Who Were Looking For

Were hiring a conversion-savvy eCommerce content specialist who can write like a strategist and think like a buyer. Youre not just a writeryoure a digital sales architect. You understand the emotional complexity of high-ticket buying decisions and know how to use content to build trust clarify value and guide people to purchase.

This is not a junior copywriting role churning out generic SEO blogs. Youll collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft high-impact content that directly supports our clients sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Write conversion-optimized website content: product pages collection intros About Us pages and landing pages.

  • Collaborate with our email marketers to develop content that can be used in campaigns & flows.

  • Collaborate on quarterly promotion plans and content calendars across multiple client accounts.

  • Interview business owners and customers to craft authentic customer stories and testimonials

  • Optimize existing content for clarity hierarchy and engagement (not just keywords)

  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all assets.

  • Apply best practices in high-ticket UX writing persuasive frameworks and storytelling for luxury/premium brands

What You Bring

  • 3 years of e-commerce copywriting experience preferably in home garden or luxury consumer categories

  • Proven success writing for high-AOV or considered-purchase products ($500)

  • Deep understanding of the Shopify platform and customer buying behavior

  • Experience writing for multiple stages of the customer journey: awareness consideration conversion and retention

  • Ability to balance brand personality with conversion goals

  • Comfort working with project management tools like ClickUp

  • Self-directed reliable curious and coachable

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Klaviyo Hotjar or GA4 data to inform copy decisions
