McPherson Law Firm PLLC is seeking an Entry-Level Billing Specialist to join our Legal Operations department. As a Billing Specialist you will have the opportunity to work full-time remotely supporting our team in managing billing processes and ensuring accurate invoicing for our clients in the Law Practice/Law Firms industry. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and process accurate client invoices in a timely manner
- Review billing codes and ensure compliance with client agreements
- Communicate with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial reports and billing analysis
- Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
- Basic understanding of legal billing practices and terminology
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
