Job Summary
About the Role
Were seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer to lead our product strategy and execution. As CPO youll serve as a key member of the executive team driving product innovation that delivers exceptional value to our customers while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the companys product vision strategy and roadmap
- Lead and mentor the product management team fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to deliver compelling products
- Translate market insights customer feedback and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives
- Own product KPIs and metrics ensuring alignment with company goals
- Represent the companys product vision to customers partners investors and industry forums
- Stay ahead of market trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive product management experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful products that drive business growth
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
