First Step to Excellence Health Care Training Academy is seeking an Entry Level Certified Phlebotomy Clinical Instructor to join our team in Chicago. Minimum 5 years experience. As a Phlebotomy Clinical Instructor you will work on-site to provide hands-on training to our students in the field of phlebotomy. This is a contractor position with a salary range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour in USD. If you are passionate about teaching and have experience in phlebotomy we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on training to students in the field of phlebotomy
Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Experience in phlebotomy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work on-site
Experience in teaching or training is a plus
