YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive global loyalty expansion by supporting the rollout of SIXTs loyalty program to new international markets ensuring seamless implementation across diverse regions
• You orchestrate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with marketing operations IT and country teams to align program requirements with local market needs
• You ensure local success by adapting loyalty program features and communications to resonate with regional customer preferences and cultural nuances
• You manage project timelines to ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and deliverables meet quality standards
• You work as part of a broader team of Loyalty experts to strengthen our overall program

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Tools Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with expert-level PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations and Excel for data analysis project tracking and performance reporting
• Skills Proven project management capabilities with experience coordinating multiple workstreams managing timelines and delivering results in fast-paced deadline-driven environments
• Style of work Strong analytical time and project management skills - with an emphasis on executing plans
• Experience Previous internship experience in marketing loyalty or strategic roles are a plus
• Hands-on & language skills You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with varied stakeholders and your profile is rounded off by fluent English
