Job Description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementation projects including planning execution monitoring and delivery.
- Define project scope timelines and deliverables aligned with client supply chain transformation goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams across SAP SCM modules and technical streams.
- Drive project governance risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with supply chain processes.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
- Oversee integration of SCM modules with S/4HANA and SAP BTP components.
- Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based SCM transformation.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning effort estimation and proposal development.
- Mentor junior consultants and project leads in SCM delivery excellence.
Required Skills:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in project management roles.
- Strong functional understanding of SAP SCM modules MM SD PP EWM and TM.
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.
- Experience with SAP BTP SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement inventory logistics and manufacturing.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification.
- SAP certification in any SCM module or S/4HANA.
- Exposure to SAP IBP SAP Signavio or SAP LeanIX.
- Experience in managing hybrid delivery models and global rollouts.
