Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Roles and responsibilities
- Gather business requirements perform gap analysis and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations including system design configuration testing and go-live support.
- Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management Order Management Product Master Data Management Supply Chain Orchestration and Procurement.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for SCM processes and configurations.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations for scope budget quality and schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Information Technology or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively.
