Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email phone and chat to support holiday planning
- Provide accurate information on flights hotels cruises and vacation packages
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
- Handle client inquiries resolve issues and ensure a smooth travel experience before during and after trips
- Stay informed on industry trends supplier promotions and travel regulations
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare simple proposals/invoices
- Participate in virtual training sessions and collaborate with team members
Requirements

- Previous experience in travel hospitality sales or customer service is a plus (not required)
