Job Summary

Client Details:

Direct reports approximately 60. OR suite 12. Bariatric Center of Excellence a lot of ortho total joint procedures. No spine heart or neuro cases. Average cases 50 daily average.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in patient care delivery.

Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN).

4 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Basic Life Support required at hire

CA RN license by hire date.

American Heart Association BLS.

BSN or MSN.

5 years of main Operating Room RN work experience.

4 years of RN leadership experience which can consist of RN Manager RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience. Out of these 4 years at least 2-3 years need to be in Manager or Supervisor RN position.
