About the Role
Vital Virtuals Global HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with medical professionals and gain exposure to clinical workflows while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters in real time during virtual or recorded visits.
- Accurately enter patient histories physical exam findings assessments and plans into the EMR/EHR system.
- Update patient records charts and other documentation as directed by the provider.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all clinical documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical scribe transcriptionist or in clinical documentation (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
- Strong written English and typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Compensation
- $6 per hour for the first 3 months (training/probation period).
- $7 per hour after successful completion of probation.

- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or higher (genuine 32/64-bit)
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen) or AMD equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 8GB
- Internet: Wired DSL/Fiber at least 50 Mbps (No LTE connections accepted)
- Headset: USB noise-canceling mic (Plantronics Audio 628 recommended)
- Webcam: HD 720p/1080p (A4Tech PK-910H recommended)
- Monitor: External monitor (17 19 or 22)
