Your Job
You will help customers who use high-quality kitchen and home appliances. These products are made using real feedback from people who use them daily. Your goal is to make life easier for customers by answering their questions and helping them with issues.
Your Tasks
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional way (by phone or email)
- Listen to their questions and give the best solution based on their needs
- Follow clear guidelines and company procedures
- Offer extra products or services if it helps the customer
- Look for ways to improve how things are done and make the service better
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Italian both written and spoken
- English (B2)
- Preferable experience in customer service
- Good communication skills
- A helpful and friendly attitude
- Ability to follow rules and solve problems
- A team spirit and a drive to improve
- Sales experience is a plus!
