Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for delivering outstanding service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or social media
- Address customer complaints and provide effective professional resolutions
- Follow up on customer requests and accurately update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and timely solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold quality service standards
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with common customer service tools CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
