As an Operations Manager you will
- Work alongside and provide extensive operational support to the Head of Operations
- Help formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Help design and monitor relevant companys KPIs
- Support the Head of Operations with the design and implementation of the companys ESG plan and strategy
- Drive ISO 9001 certification
- Help scalability by designing implementing and improving operational processes while ensuring efficiency across the company
- Promote a culture of knowledge-sharing and documentation by creating handbooks and working with each team to drive adoption.
- Ensure business alignment across the different departments and foster a culture of transparency
- Work with different departments to ensure operational consistency in processes and systems across the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management Business Administration Human Resources management or related field. Candidates with technical background are welcome too.
- 4 years of proven industry experience in an operations management role within high-growth startups or scale-ups environments.
- Experience with ISO9001 & ESG frameworks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills ability to work independently and with other global teams.
- Experience using work management platforms like Airtable or similar.
- Excellent command of English any other language is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders to improve visibility communication and collaborations
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Background with change management or process design
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Looker Tableau PowerBI)
- Ability to combine structured thinking with hands-on problem solving.
