Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative who will play a key role in expanding Hubexos presence in the Czech and Slovak markets.
The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise a proven track record and the ability to represent the company with professionalism and credibility at the highest levels of client engagement.
This is what youll be doing:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Arrange schedule and lead personal business meetings throughout CZ and SK with the goal of closing contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Represent Hubexo with professionalism at meetings conferences and business forums.
Requirements
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales including telephone online and especially face-to-face sales and negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve cumulative monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Industry background is flexible what matters is a proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
- English at an intermediate level (sufficient for basic business communication).
- Professional and representative appearance and demeanor ensuring dignified and credible representation of Hubexo at all client meetings.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement new acquisition strategies especially targeting large enterprises and market leaders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels.
- Fluent in either Czech or Slovak is a must Also conversational level of English is required
