Job Summary

Position: ServiceNow Developer (Discovery SPM)
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx).
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications (mandatory).
Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience.
Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx).
Experience with AZURE cloud platforms CMDB.

Key Responsibilities

Develop customize and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns.
Research troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery processes and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and update discovery configurations.
Apply regular expressions (RegEx) for pattern customization and optimization.
Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection.
Leverage cloud concepts (GCP Azure etc.) for discovery across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
