Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant - Salesforce Migration

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : New York City New York

Responsibilities:

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization.
Strong experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ Revenue Cloud) and migration projects.
Expertise in data migration tools ETL processes and integration frameworks.
Proficient in Dynamics CRM customizations: workflows plugins Power Automate flows dashboards reports and security roles.
Experience with SQL Server Azure APIs and web services for system integration.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture data modeling and business process design.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Lead technical aspects of migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Analyze existing Salesforce CRM processes customizations and data models.
Design configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
Perform data migration transformation and validation from Salesforce to Dynamics CRM.
Develop integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP Marketing Automation etc.).
Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture migration strategies and process flows.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after migration.
Collaborate with functional consultants business analysts and project stakeholders.
Optimize CRM performance and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
