Job Title : MS Dynamics CRM & CPQ/Revenue Functional Consultant

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : New York City New York

Responsibilities:

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations with exposure to CPQ/Revenue processes.
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes CPQ configuration pricing discounting and approvals.
Experience in Revenue Management subscription lifecycle and billing integration.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 entities workflows business rules and Power Automate flows.
Ability to work with Salesforce migration knowledge is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CPQ or Revenue Cloud certifications are a plus.
Act as the functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementations.
Gather and analyze business requirements process workflows and system configurations.
Design Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with CPQ Billing and Revenue Management processes.
Configure CPQ solutions for product catalog pricing discounts approvals and quotes.
Support Revenue Management processes including subscription management revenue recognition and billing.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between Dynamics CRM ERP and other enterprise systems.
Develop functional documentation: process flows solution design and business requirement documents.
Conduct UAT training and provide support during deployment and post-go-live phases.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
