General Manager Casual Dining & Catering

Were looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our casual dining restaurant and catering division. The GM will oversee daily operations manage staff and ensure outstanding guest experiences both in-house and off-site.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop FOH/BOH teams
Manage restaurant operations and catering events
Ensure food quality service and cleanliness standards
Drive sales control costs and meet financial goals
Build strong guest and catering client relationships

Qualifications:

3 years restaurant management (casual dining preferred)
Catering or events experience a plus
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Hands-on guest-focused approach
