Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead HR & Personnel Management for one of its clients in Onsite Houston TX
Note: (Travel expenses will be paid by the client for the in-person interview. Candidate must be committed to attend in person.)
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead HR & Personnel Management
Summary
Functional lead responsible for configuration of Human Resource & Personnel Management module.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with at least 3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Cloud Fusion HR/Personnel Management.
- Solid understanding of Core HR employment lifecycle workforce structures and security.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to lead workshops and guide business users.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
Work Site: Onsite Houston TX
Duration: 1 Year
