Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead HR & Personnel Management

Summary

Functional lead responsible for configuration of Human Resource & Personnel Management module.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with at least 3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Cloud Fusion HR/Personnel Management.
Solid understanding of Core HR employment lifecycle workforce structures and security.
Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to lead workshops and guide business users.
Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.

Work Site: Onsite Houston TX

Duration: 1 Year
