Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This dual role combines responsibilities in human resources management and office administration to ensure a smooth efficient and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills a solid understanding of HR best practices and an aptitude for managing day-to-day office operations. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and onboarding of all new hires
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees through the HRIS system Paycor
- Assist with employment related inquiries from employees
- Maintains DOT logs and files for drivers through a third party
- Reporting of workers compensation claims with follow up as needed
- Maintain all employee files I-9s driver files
- Fleet tagging licensing registrations etc.
- Employee tech equipment set up & distribution
- Keep track maintain & order office inventory items.
Qualifications (Experience Education & Certifications Key Attributes):

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Paycor and or iCIMS experience a plus
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Integrity professionalism and confidentiality
- Bilingual preferred
