We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to join our team. This role will involve providing hands-on technical expertise supporting end-users and ensuring the maintenance and reliability of the agencys IT infrastructure and core applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support systems administration Microsoft enterprise environments and a passion for delivering efficient IT solutions.

Job Description:

As a Senior System Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting IT operations and ensuring reliable service delivery. This position requires both technical expertise and leadership in managing complex issues coordinating with third-party vendors and implementing innovative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues involving hardware software and network systems.
Act as the primary liaison with external vendors to resolve advanced technical challenges.
Support and manage key IT systems including Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Windows OS VPN RDP and Microsoft Teams softphones.
Research recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems processes and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10 years of IT experience with proven expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Windows Client/Server VPN RDP and Microsoft Teams.
5 years of experience in system administration and configuration (Group Policy scripts Powershell automation).
3 years of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) migration upgrade or consolidation.
2 years of Office 365/Microsoft 365 including mailbox migrations.
1 years of experience with ADFS or Azure AD SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers.
Familiarity with TCP/IP DNS DHCP and ITIL best practices.
Microsoft certifications (Windows Server Azure Office 365) are highly desirable.
Experience with AWS infrastructure and SharePoint support is a plus.
