Sales Executive Company description / Organisation / Department

Our client is a leading FMCG company in India with a strong presence in the food and beverage industry. This Sales Executive position will play a key role in driving sales growth within our West Bengal region.

Position description / Job description
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Manage sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Expectations / Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in sales preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and distribution channels within the West Bengal market.
  • Valid drivers license.
