We are looking for a Recruiting Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and experienced roles. Key duties include collaborating with business leaders assessing talent and managing sourcing strategies. The consultant will also partner with HR Compensation Benefits and vendors to meet client talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define job requirements and create job postings
- Manage active passive and internal candidate pools
- Conduct resume reviews behavioral interviews and manage candidate communication and follow-up
- Lead feedback sessions and manage offer and negotiation processes with urgency
- Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Google and internal databases
- Create sourcing campaigns to attract the right candidate flow
- Maintain strong communication with client areas and ensure regular updates on recruiting progress
- Lead special projects related to interview training process improvements and evaluating new recruiting tools and technologies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of success in meeting hiring goals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong understanding of search processes including Boolean search and experience using CRM tools
- Familiarity with Workday Recruit and Phenom CRM (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and open positions simultaneously
- Motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field or relevant work experience
