The client is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research handling information requests and performing clerical functions. The Administrative Assistant will act as information and communication managers for a senior executive.
Job Responsibilities :Perform general office duties such as managing executives calendar and travel arrangements organizing team events and ordering supplies
Skills: Verbal and written communication skills multi-tasking customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with expense management systems (e.g. Concur).
Education/Experience :High school diploma or GED required.5-7 years experience required.
