The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure policies and operations of an organization and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis. Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies. Experience developing business functional user (stakeholder) and quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements. Experience developing report specifications and Requirements Traceability Matrices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs processes and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis (SQL queries reporting data validation) to support decision-making.
- Work with architects developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming sprint planning reviews).
- Develop process flows use cases user stories wireframes and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and validating results.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Assist in system integrations API mapping data migration and reporting solutions.
- Document system functionalities workflows and provide training/support to end-users.
- Good understanding of the TDD (Technical Design Document) should be able to read and understand end to end functionality
