About the Role
We are looking for senior-level Business Development Managers who thrive in a high-performance environment and know how to hunt capture and grow enterprise IT staffing accounts. This role is about closing deals managing complex RFP/RFI/RFQ cycles and building long-term MSP and direct-client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Client Acquisition: Prospect pursue and secure new business opportunities in IT staffing and consulting.
- Lead Strategic Sales Cycles: Manage RFPs RFIs and RFQs end-to-end with precision compliance and competitive edge.
- Expand MSP & Enterprise Relationships: Build and scale partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) VMS programs and large enterprises.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Own client negotiations contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Delivery Teams: Ensure flawless execution of recruiting services to exceed client expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitors industry shifts and client demands to identify and seize new opportunities.
- Exceed Revenue Targets: Consistently hit and surpass aggressive sales and revenue growth goals.
Qualifications
- 10 years of success in Business Development / Sales within IT Recruiting or Staffing.
- Demonstrated track record of new client acquisition high-value deal closure and revenue growth.
- Strong experience working with MSPs VMS platforms and enterprise-level staffing programs.
- Deep knowledge of the IT staffing sales cycle talent delivery processes and workforce solutions.
- Exceptional ability in negotiation proposal writing presentations and relationship management.
- Highly independent self-motivated and relentless in pursuit of results-a true hunter.
- Outstanding executive presence communication and influencing skills.
