• Base salary range for Packaging Designer starts at $55000CAD annually based on experience

Please note that this is a 12-month contract position.

At our facility in St. Marys you candevelop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Industrial Designer:

• Design innovative solutions that meet client needs while considering manufacturing constraints timelines and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Analyze client needs and translate them into functional manufacturable design concepts.
• Manage and document project activities including specifications samples and tooling.
• Provide technical support optimize designs and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Diploma in package design or a related field with 25 years of experience in corrugated packaging.
• Strong design skills creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Strong understanding of client needs and ability to provide tailored solutions.
• Skilled in managing projects within scope budget and timelines.
• Proficient in technical design software and open to innovation.
