Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global transportation strategies and risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Lead transportation performance management including system parameters lead times and cost tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency reduce costs and harmonize global operations.
• Act as subject matter expert for global and regional logistics teams providing strategic and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with sourcing to select contract and implement logistics providers that meet cost reliability and lead time targets.
• Serve as transport safety advisor and manage marine cargo insurance claims ensuring compliance with SHE and regulatory standards.

You bring:

• 8 years of experience in transportation or supply chain management in a multinational environment.
• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field; strong knowledge of global logistics and network strategy.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale supply chain and IT projects with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and deep understanding of transport safety SHE and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical financial and risk management skills to monitor transport costs budgets and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
