Job Summary

Job Summary

Provide attention and service to HRBPs Leaders and Employees regarding the various Compensation and Benefits Organizational Development and training processes with a thorough understanding of each process and by accurately identifying client needs to ensure solutions are provided that meet their needs and that defined Human Resources processes are followed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with the Annual Training Program and the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to maintain established favorable program progress indicators. Ensure the delivery and subsequent payment of courses.
  • Serve as the internal coordinator and instructor for staff induction to ensure day-one training for new employees.
  • Ensure the execution of the training processes established in the SOP: staff induction initial on-the-job training and staff qualification for new employees lateral transfers or promotions keeping physical files up to date and verifying the integration of necessary documents in conjunction with HR generalists and internal clients.
  • Prepare integrate and ensure that documentation related to training processes complies with the guidelines of the STPS and various government authorities as well as the report.
  • Monitor the budget execution of the Training areas to control expenses and adequate investments and facilitate the preparation of the next budget.
  • Manage the SOLCOT SOLPED and MIGO purchasing processes for the services managed by Organizational Development and provide support in quarterly reviews and budget planning.
  • Ensure that job descriptions comply with the established procedure which helps ensure correct classification within the organization and keeps the catalog updated. Request the corresponding codes from the system and ensure correct loading and/or updating.
  • Ensure proper compliance with the SOP-GCB-003-MEX procedure in accordance with changes to have real and timely references for any legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation communication and follow-up actions of the various engagement and climate surveys.
  • Manage metrics for Compensation and Benefits Recruitment and Selection and Development.
  • Analyze processes and identify potential areas for improvement and best practices and propose actions that promote continuous improvement.
  • Actively collaborate in various initiatives related to Talent Management such as staff evaluations individual and group development and the implementation of global projects among others focused on ensuring the development of the organizations talent and generating a positive employee experience.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and human resources providers (Medical Insurance Life Insurance Funeral Insurance Employee Assistance Program Company Cars Check-Ups).

Job Requirements

  • Educational Requirements or Preferences:
    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business Administration Economics or a related field.

    • Communication

    • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Work experience:
    • 3 years of experience in Human Resources HRSC.
    • Advanced Office suite
    • Advance English
