The role

As an HR Business Partner youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. Youll be a key driver of strategic and operational people solutions directly influencing business performance and employee experience. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced unionised production environment where your expertise will shape workforce development support bid strategies and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Day-to-day youll be:

• Leading HR operations and project delivery at the West Midlands Production Facility
• Advising senior stakeholders and managers on complex employee relations and organisational challenges
• Supporting and guiding the on-site HR Advisor to ensure consistent HR service delivery
• Building strong constructive relationships with trade union representatives
• Balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on problem solving and agile decision-making

This role is full time 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with three to four days on-site and up to two days from home.

Essential experience of the HR Business Partner:

• Leading HR strategy across diverse complex organisations
• Driving change and challenging the status quo within a business setting
• Delivering successful employee and industrial relations outcomes
• Managing HR processes including reorganisation redundancy TUPE bid support and mobilisation
• Operating in fast-paced multi-site environments with strong commercial acumen

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Check (SC) / NPPV2 (Met Police Clearance) security clearance for this role.
