Position Summary
Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Privacy Analyst to join our India based Privacy Ops. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of privacy operations supporting global initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Youll play a key role in privacy assessments tool management and stakeholder engagement helping to uphold our commitment to data protection and regulatory compliance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection assessments across business units
- Draft and review privacy-related documentation reports and communications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment with privacy requirements
- Monitor and track privacy compliance activities and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on global data privacy regulations and best practices
- Participate in privacy awareness and training initiatives
What we are looking:
- Strong understanding of data privacy principles (e.g. GDPR CCPA DPDPA)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with privacy tools or GRC platforms is a plus
- Bachelors degree in law IT Business or related field preferred
