Career Opportunity with Burckhardt Compression

We are seeking motivated and experienced professional who can effectively contribute to the role deliverables connected with position this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as:

Position: Spare Parts Catalogue Author

Location: Pune.

Your contributions to organisations growth:

• Creating and expanding material master and maintaining material substitution in SAP
• Creating and maintaining material parts lists in SAP
• Maintaining and checking basic sales prices in Syncron and SAP
• Maintenance of customer and contact master data in SAP and CRM
• Maintenance of compressor master data in SAP and CRM
• Work in connection with data quality improvement (DQM)
• Creating and maintaining equipment parts lists for compressors
• Creating and maintaining spare parts codes
• Creating spare parts catalogs and providing the data for the Burckhardt myShop
• Definition and review of spare parts code drawings
• Defining recommended quantities for wear and safety parts
• Support with global SAP implementations (migration distribution etc.)
• IT interface support for Burckhardt myShop CRM and Business Central
• Collaboration in improvement projects

Education Expereince & Language:

• DME / BE Mechanical
• Sound basic technical education
• Good knowledge of Office applications
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Good command on English language. ( Collaboration experience with international colleagues would be a plus)

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• Sound basic technical education
• Very good knowledge of the SAP R3 application (SD/MM)
• Good knowledge of Office applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• If possible experience in technical documentation or spare parts management
• Experience in master data management
• German
• English
• Any other language
