Job Title: Project Coordinator
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the management and successful completion of cross-functional activities leading to the delivery of a project project/s in a Low or No critical project fulfilling both customer needs and committed Quality Cost Delivery Performance (QCDP) objectives. Manage cross-functionally project level stakeholders activities and deliverables and make needed arbitration (engineering product process Make or Buy Costs Milestones Interfaces ) to reach QCDP commitment

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Project Management: To manage project material to sign material sourcing contract to manage all logistic related tasks and to manage after-sales service To build high level Project Planning with identification of key milestones To Support PM on QCD commitment To support PM on all cash in related activities internally & externally To be very customer centric and contribute to continuous product excellence Project Communication & Documentation To be a core team member for all project information flow To manage all project related documentation & relevant tools Ody-C AEC etc. Manage Project Data & Finance: To support PM on MPR/FPR reporting To manage monthly cash/sales/order data base To comply with all tender/project process while deliver on time
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory: Master degree or Bachelor degree	Desirable: Engineering major
Experience
Mandatory: 2-3 years experience in project management Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures	Desirable: Railway industry background exp. Urban signaling working experience.
Competencies & Skills Coordination skills Good communication skills Result oriented Knowledge of Project management processes Capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-functional teams
