This role is required to be on-site.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with related stakeholders and perform asset management activities (additions retirements and transfers) timely completely and accurately in multiple ERP systems.
- Prepare fixed asset continuities and GL reconciliations.
- Perform routine and non-routine journal entries in multiple ERP systems.
- Prepare fixed assets reporting for various stakeholders including internal and external auditors planning and forecasting tax department and others.
- Support Retail branches in the fixed assets management process.
- Comprehend and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Engage in project activities and perform ad hoc tasks.
- Contribute to the process enhancement initiatives.
What you will bring:
- A bachelors degree in accounting or finance from a recognized institution.
- CPA designation is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant business experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Working knowledge in PSFT and SAP S4 HANA.
- Expertise in Fixed Assets Accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Analysis problem solving and diligence skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
