This Position reports to:

Production Supervisor

Job Description:

Production & Assembly: Connect clamp and braze wires on motors; use hand tools and follow detailed manufacturing instructions to produce quality defect-free products that meet production goals.
Technical Proficiency: Read and comprehend diagrams TDRs and special instructions using Shop Floor Display; understand flex flow and day/rank systems.
Teamwork & Flexibility: Cross-train and assist with tasks like testing shaping lacing and sleeving; support other team functions and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Safety & Housekeeping: Prioritize safety report issues maintain daily housekeeping and be willing to work overtime and perform other duties as needed.

Education and Experience Needed:

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
