ご担当いただくミッションは日本の大手通信事業者に対しRed Hatの幅広いソリューションRHEL OpenShift OpenStack Ansible AI Middlewareなどのビジネスを拡大することです数年後に向けた高い成長目標の達成に向けアカウントチームと緊密に連携し戦略の策定から実行までをリードしていただきます
Red Hatセールスチームの重要な一員として社内外の多様な関係者を巻き込みながらビジネスを推進するため高度な営業スキルと卓越したコミュニケーション能力が不可欠です
主な職務内容
日本の通信事業者に対しRed Hatソリューションの提案から案件創出し定量的定性的な業績目標の達成に責任を持つ
社内外の広範な営業技術チームと連携し担当領域における販売マーケティング戦略の施策と実行を牽引する
顧客の経営層をはじめとする意思決定者に対し説得力のあるプレゼンテーションを通じてRed Hatが提供するビジネス価値を的確に訴求する
顧客のキーパーソン技術責任者購買担当者などと長期的な信頼関係を構築する
業界フォーラムや技術コミュニティへ積極的に参加し市場におけるRed Hatのプレゼンス向上に貢献する
Red Hatのグローバルなテレコム専門チームと緊密に連携し最新の知見や成功事例を国内の活動へ反映させる
必須スキル
5年以上のIT業界でのソリューション営業経験
通信業界または大手法人向けソフトウェアのテクニカルセールスプリセールス/SEに関する深い知見と経験
相手の技術レベルや役職エンジニア購買担当経営層などに応じた柔軟なコミュニケーション能力とそれを通じて信頼関係を構築するスキル
顧客のビジネス課題の本質を見抜き技術的な実現性とビジネスインパクトを両立した戦略的ソリューションを立案提案できる能力
オープンソースへの共感と常に新しい技術を学び続ける知的好奇心
目標達成のため国内外のチームや他部門を主体的に巻き込みプロジェクトを成功に導いた実績

クラウド & インフラ基盤
ハイブリッド/マルチクラウド環境の設計提案経験
コンテナ技術およびKubernetesを用いたオーケストレーションの知識
Ansible等を活用したITインフラの構成管理自動化の経験
MLOps基盤やvLLMなど機械学習/AIを支えるインフラに関する基本知識
KVM OpenStack KubeVirtなどオープンソースベースの仮想化技術の知識
通信領域の専門知識
OSS/BSS 5Gコア5GC RANといった通信事業者のコアシステムの知識
開発 & アプリケーション
マイクロサービスなどモダンなアプリケーション開発手法や実行環境に関する知識
