Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Become analyst in ERP Supply chain Area
- Become Dynamics 365 specialist understand business process Supply Chain Knowledge
- Mapping Requirement to system common practice
- Define system fit-gap analysis
- Maintain development task and collaborate with techinical / programmer team
- Perfom dynamics 365 implementation match customer requirement and give right solution for D365
- Create project documentation
- Any other duties assigned (relate to projec activities)
For Senior level:
Years of experience:3 solid years of Functional Consultant D365 CRM
Experience:
- Understanding customer business process and requirement
- Mapping Requirement to system common practice
- Maintain development task and collaborate with technical / programmer team
- Create project documentation
- Advise customer on best practices for CRM process
