I)Creating Amazing Omni Customer Experience
- Provide a welcoming environment for our customers by listening to and embracing their unique needs proactively
- Build connections with our customers by inspiring them with your creativity passion and knowledge of our iconic brands
- Embrace e-commerce platform and digital innovations to create personalized omni experience for our customers
II)Creating Store Success
- Create a beautiful first impression by keeping the store tidy and fully stocked with operation excellence
- Contribute to a winning team culture by helping each other to succeed and achieve stores sales goals & KPIs
III)Accelerating Your Growth
- Participate in trainings and be part of an environment where youre encouraged to be a better version of yourself
- Take on new projects and greater responsibilities to challenge yourself
We would love to hear from you if
- Youre confident to serve our international customers English is a must
- You come with at least 1 year of beauty fashion retail or FMCG experience
- Youre passionate and knowledgeable about whats new and trending with beauty products fragrance makeup and skincare
- You enjoy working and winning as a team
- You will be considered as Senior Beauty Advisor if you have more relevant experience
