Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor to join IPCS Globals sales team in Chennai. As an Admission Counselor you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students through the admission process providing them with information about our educational programs and guiding them towards making informed decisions. This position is vital to our organization as you will be responsible for attracting and enrolling qualified candidates contributing to the growth and success of IPCS Global. You will work on a variety of projects aimed at increasing student enrollment and promoting our educational offerings making this role essential for our sales departments objectives.

Responsibilities:

Provide information to prospective students about academic programs admission requirements and application procedures.
Assist students in completing the admission process and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate students qualifications and interests.
Follow up with prospective students via phone email or in-person meetings to address any queries or concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to organize recruitment events campus tours and information sessions.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries applications and admissions status.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on educational programs and admission policies.
Meet enrollment targets and contribute to the overall success of the admissions process.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of educational programs and admission procedures.
Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Bachelors degree in Education Counseling Marketing or related field.
