Support Nursing Home Manager Norfolk Area

Salary: Up to 60000 Car Allowance Bonus

Our client is looking for a dedicated and nurse-qualified Support Nursing Home Manager to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of nursing homes across the Norfolk area.


This role is ideal for an experienced care home manager who thrives on variety and enjoys stepping into different services to provide leadership stability and guidance. Working closely with home managers and care teams youll be responsible for upholding high standards of care driving compliance with CQC regulations and supporting financial and operational performance.

With a strong focus on quality and teamwork this position offers the chance to make a real impact across multiple homes while enjoying the security of a competitive salary car allowance and bonus scheme.

What Were Looking For

  • NMC-registered nurse qualification (essential).
  • Proven track record of successful nursing home management.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations compliance and quality standards.
  • Strong financial management and business acumen within the care sector.
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across Norfolk.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide management support across nursing homes within the Norfolk region.
  • Lead motivate and guide home managers and care teams to deliver outstanding care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations safeguarding requirements and all statutory standards.
  • Oversee financial performance budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support staff development training and retention to maintain high-quality care standards.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement best practices and continuous improvement.
