Job Description
- Conduct process analysis together with markets to identify use cases in the realm of automation and AI
- Research into GPT and Agentic AI tools build a foundation to fit solution to need.
- Categorize use cases to different AI & Automation solution bucket
- Map the existing ContiGPT offering to the use cases
- Identify gaps and recommend AI solution (fit to need basis)
- Build small prototypes
- Create a roadmap for solution and use cases collected.
Qualifications :
- Academic Degree in computer science business informatics or a comparable qualification with experience
- Some experience in software development field is preferred
- Strong communication skills (English) both verbal and written
- Enjoys working in a diverse team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment
- Knowledge and interest related to Data Science and AI is preferred
