Function Summary

The Digital Agency Channel is a futuristic tech-powered distribution model where insurance products are sold through digitally enabled Advisors. These Advisors leverage advanced digital tools AI-driven insights and hybrid customer journeys to deliver seamless personalized insurance solutions. The channel is designed to elevate customer experience optimize advisor productivity and drive scalable growth in digitally inclined markets. Advisors in this model are equipped to-

  1. Resolve policy service needs via digital platforms
  2. Drive renewal collections and cross-sell opportunities using CRM and analytics
  3. Deliver advisory excellence through app-based engagement and virtual consultations

Job Summary:

As a Recruitment Tele-Caller you will be the voice of AMLIs digital transformation. Youll engage with prospective Digital Advisors guide them through the onboarding journey and ensure timely milestone completion using CRM tools campaign dashboards and digital communication platforms

Responsible for

    • Initial outreach to potential Digital Advisor leads
    • Scheduling career seminars and guiding app downloads
    • Driving advisor onboarding through structured follow-ups & nudges
    • Maintaining lead disposition CRM hygiene & call quality

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:

Lead Engagement & Qualification

  • Call and screen potential Digital Advisor leads from campaigns and referrals
  • Explain the Digital Advisor opportunity and onboarding process
  • Schedule career seminars and update slots in the portal
  • Guide prospects to download and register on the Advisor App

Follow up & Onboarding Support

  • Conduct structured follow-ups to ensure IC-38 registration and URN generation
  • Coordinate with DSMs for interview scheduling and document collection
  • Maintain accurate call logs lead status and remarks in CRM

Engagement & Conversion

  • Trigger nudges and reminders for webinar attendance and onboarding milestones
  • Share promotional content and success stories to improve conversion
  • Escalate unreachable or inactive leads as per SOP

Customer Centricity

  • Be AMLI brand ambassador & a customer champion
  • Follow AMLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty

Measures of Success:

  • Lead-to-career seminar attendance rate
  • Advisor app download & registration rate
  • IC-38 registration conversion
  • URN generation rate
  • Follow-up adherence and engagement quality
  • Advisor onboarding completion rate

Desired qualification and experience

  • 13 years of experience in tele-calling preferably in recruitment BFSI or direct selling
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile apps
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and meet daily targets
  • Organized persuasive and customer-focused
