Reporting To: Area Manager (AM) |
Role Summary | |
The DSM will be responsible for recruiting onboarding and managing a digitally enabled network of part-time insurance advisors. This role blends field discipline with digital tools to drive advisor activation engagement and premium generation. |
Key Responsibilities |
Recruit 3040 digital advisors annually through digital and field channels |
Drive IC-38 certification URN generation and first sale within 60 days of onboarding |
Conduct webinars digital training sessions and app-based engagement |
Monitor advisor performance using dashboards and nudges |
Ensure lead conversion through digital campaigns and field outreach |
Maintain compliance with IRDAI norms and internal governance protocols |
Qualifications | |
Graduate with 36 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred) |
Strong digital fluency (CRM mobile apps webinars) |
Experience in recruitment or team handling is a plus |
Excellent communication and coaching skills |
