Youre an experienced engineering leader who knows how to support and grow a team of skilled Engineers. You understand the nuances of leading individuals at different career stages helping them navigate challenges and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
You know your craft youve been a senior developer yourself so you understand the technical challenges your team faces. You dont mind getting your hands dirty whether its reviewing code solving complex technical blockers or jumping in to support a project when needed.

Be a part of the leadership team of the Frontend department alongside Lucas Constantino and Matej Polak setting the tone for technical excellence mentorship and collaboration while embodying a lead-by-example mindset.
