What Youll Do on a Typical Day
- Manage inbound call & email queries from clients to assist with their account related needs and concerns.
- Proactively speaking with clients to build relations offering a consultative approach when handling our client travel programs providing insight and recommendations to assist our clients achieve their objectives; whilst at the same time improving their value to AEGBT
- Handle any escalations from the client working with the servicing and support teams to understand the issues reporting back to the client and being part of a team that closes out the issue
- Ability to consult analyze and assess client needs while supporting needs to improve profitability
- Engagement and/or management of client implementations and de-implementations
- Send updates and communications to client key contacts
- Conduct face to face and phone/internet based introductory presentations/travel forums and business reviews
- Keep SFDC and any other relevant database updated as required and communicate with different business units specifically Operations Supplier Relations Implementations & Sales to handle day-to-day servicing issues as well as cross-promotional initiatives
- Consult clients on MI hierarchy/UDID/CAP Profile/GSI Overlay positions
- Handle ad-hoc report requests implement maintain & amend PET and reports
- Responsible for ensuring preferred supplier programs are distributed and loaded correctly through PRDS
- Engage in activities overseen by the Client Management team or specific AEGBT projects as required by leader
What Were looking for:
- Knowledge and understanding ofthe Business Travel landscape
- Experience interacting with customers in a business to business environment is important
- Experience in handling client escalations
- Understanding of business travel products and technology solutions
- Understanding of business travel operational platforms and solutions is required
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively with a small team and individuals across all levels of the company is essential
- Proven ability to meet deadlines deliver results and manage multiple tasks without compromising quality
