Were searching for a Carmel-based Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team so that we can equip our revenue-generating teams with the tools resources and support they need to succeed. The Sales Enablement Specialist will deliver strategic and tactical enablement programs to support sales performance and revenue growth.

How Youll Spend Your Time

  • Oversee our sales enablement content platform (HighSpot) to ensure information is accurate current and easy to access

  • Create and manage sales tools and initiatives in order to improve sales effectiveness and support renewals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline communication and maintain process clarity

  • Respond to real-time content and support requests from the sales team to ensure smooth execution

  • Gather and integrate feedback from sales stakeholders to continuously refine enablement programs

What Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You Having

  • Previous working experience in sales or marketing; prior enablement experience a plus

  • Highly collaborative intellectually curious and driven to deliver high-quality results

  • Proven success in managing tools timelines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of PowerPoint Excel and ideally HighSpot

  • Ability to commute to our Carmel Indiana office at least 3 days per week

  • A knack for working collaboratively within a quick-turnaround environment to deliver high-quality work
